Step 1

Worker ID Login

Enter the Worker ID and name provided by the project team. They must match the admin record.

Before filming

Project Introduction

Review the video guidelines before signing in. After login, choose a task, set the location and video details, then upload the finished clips for review.

Purpose: Collect short real-world video clips that match the assigned scene details.
Duration: 30-180 seconds per video.
Privacy: Avoid faces, private information, license plates, screens, and human voices.
Upload: Each video is checked and uploaded separately after you sign in.

Step 2

Video Requirements

Set your device camera before filming. Then continue to choose a task and upload.

Duration: 30-180 seconds.
Format: MP4 preferred; MOV and MXF acceptable when encoded correctly.
Not Accepted: WMV, FLV, WebM, and 3GP.
Codec: H.264, H.265, Apple ProRes 422/4444, or XAVC.
Resolution: Short side at least 720 px; 1080p or 4K preferred.
Bitrate: 1080p at least 8 Mbps; 4K at least 20 Mbps.
Frame Rate: 24, 25, 30, or 60 fps; constant frame rate only.
Audio: Optional. Avoid human voices to protect privacy.

iOS Camera Settings

Open Settings > Camera > Record Video.
Choose 1080p HD at 30 fps, 4K at 30 fps, or 4K at 60 fps.
Use regular Video mode. Avoid Cinematic, Slo-Mo, Time-Lapse, filters, and heavy stabilization modes.
Use Settings > Camera > Formats to choose Most Compatible for H.264 or High Efficiency for H.265.

Android Camera Settings

Open Camera app > Settings.
Set video size to FHD 1080p or UHD 4K.
Set frame rate to 24, 25, 30, or 60 fps when available.
Use H.264, H.265/HEVC, or XAVC when available. Avoid slow motion, time lapse, beauty filters, stickers, and screen recording.
